Romygold.com makes every attempt to fulfill and ship all orders, placed Monday through Thursday, within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. If an item becomes unavailable or is back ordered, you will be notified promptly, and updated when the item becomes available. If an order is refused delivery at the address provided by you, you will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred in returning the package to us and, if applicable, resending the package to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently only accept orders within the US. For all out of country shipments, please contact us directly at customerservice@romygold.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns on full price merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt for web credit only.
CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused, with all original tags intact and affixed on them.
Merchandise in any other condition will be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must be accompanied by a printout of the receipt or the order number.

Shipping charges will be reimbursed by romygold.com ONLY in the event the merchandise sent was defective, damaged or incorrect. Please make sure to inspect all items prior to removing the tags as we cannot accept returns without the original tags still in place. Romygold.com retains the right to refund these charges at their discretion.
Once we have received your return, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once this is complete. Please allow an additional 2 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Item Availability. Romygold.com makes every attempt to present the most up to date inventory levels on our website. Unfortunately, for hot selling or low inventory items, we may be unable to fulfill customer requests. If this occurs, we will promptly email you regarding availability of that item.
Pricing. Romygold.com cannot guarantee that there are not any mispriced items on our site. In the event that you have ordered a mispriced item, we will contact you before processing your order, at which point you have the option of cancelling.
Other Information. Romygold.com reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our own discretion.
